The four movements of imagines obesae et aspectui ingratae are based on four sheelas named after the places where they were originally found – Chloran (Co. Meath), St John’s Well (Stepaside, Dublin), Rutland (Co. Carlow) and Cooliaghmore (Co. Kilkenny).

Umbilical (written for Barry Guy, Maya Homburger, and David Adams) traces Jocasta’s experiences of sexual desire and the consequent burden of knowledge that she has transgressed a major societal taboo by making a lover of her son – an action that culminates in her tragic fate.
Umbilical will appear on Diatribe records in 2017.
[These movements] evince the impressive technical and emotional integration that's an ever-increasing characteristic of Dwyer's work.

Scenes from Crow is an aural re-imagining of Ted Hughes’s controversial book of poetry, Crow: From the Life and Songs of Crow. Dwyer captures the surreal and apocalyptic aspects of Hughes’s texts in eight movements. It was written for the VOX21 ensemble and was released by Diatribe Records in 2014.
